The TekPillow’s case holder is attached to the pillow at its 4 corners. This allows you to still grasp the iPad in the usual way (can still play your games with the iPad where you have to grab it, shake, tilt and move). Also, this allows the user to slip their hand and arm between the pillow and the case to easily hold the combination in comfort.
